...you'll need some more butter (Earth Balance here)...

...add your previously prepared spinach...

...cover and cook slowly for 10 - 15 minutes - Julia's cooking times for vegetables always seen extreme to me...

...but so far the results have been very good - so I set the timer for 10 minutes...

...remove from the heat to a hot serving dish (after stirring in a little more Earth Balance)...
...This was truly lovely - it just melts in your mouth...
