VEGAN POINTES D'ASPERGES AU BEURRE

[Buttered Asparagus Tips]

...Really nothing could be simpler than this - just heat oven to 325° - butter a casserole and a sheet of wax paper - cover the asparagus and pop it in the oven...

...this is by far my favorite way to have asparagus...

only Earth Balance for the butter
