Do you buy it locally or do you send away for it? I can't seem to find any on my street. I may have to look farther afield.Joyfulhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09956413632864588646noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5160802221149509766.post-51136756441265820062010-04-26T13:51:16.755-04:002010-04-26T13:51:16.755-04:00Before veganism I made egg mayo, but since going v...Before veganism I made egg mayo, but since going vegan I've never thought to try it with egg replacer.Maria Rosehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15582992268736301561noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5160802221149509766.post-32563296457200987292010-04-26T13:32:00.406-04:002010-04-26T13:32:00.406-04:00I understand in France they often use sunflower oi...I understand in France they often use sunflower oil or a mix of sunflower and olive oils.

I use rapeseed oil, it is grown locally, tastes very good and makes an a good emulsion. French dressing stays 'together' longer than when made with olive oil. I think it is called 'canola' oil in some places. It is higher in omega 3 and mono unsaturates than olive oil. I buy cold pressed rapeseed oil that is grown and pressed locally.Maureenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12404265296554666518noreply@blogger.com
